What to Expect
During your first visit we will review your medical history, primary concerns, and discuss any questions you may have.
Next, we will complete a physical exam to determine your pain generator and rule out any red flags.
Once finished with the examination, you will typically receive your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, corrective exercises, and/or soft tissue therapies.
Prior to leaving, you will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be completed at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.
